Hello! My name is Monika and I love music and at the same time I have always been interested in the soul and spiritual world, so I created the project Present and Music. I provide sound healing and relaxations with music therapy elements and meditations.
Now a little bit personal about how I got into music therapy. During the COVID pandemic, sometimes I did not know what to do with myself. I got into a mental crisis, and I got rid of anxiety and isolation by listening to meditative music. I started looking for information about music and its healing effects and came to music therapy, which I completed as a one and a half-year educational course. In addition, I gained additional competences in the field, such as the basis of my work in art therapy, which I included in my portfolio.
I provide sound healing, meditations, and active relaxations for people who feel they would like to welcome balance into their lives. So, if you want to relax, regenerate, and gain strength from within, you've come to the right place.
